Can i believe this offer from Malaysia?

Recently i got an offer from Tanjung Rhu Resort for the position of software developer with a monthly salary of 3900USD per month.
If any one in Malaysia please tell me is there any hotel in Malaysia with this name..and what is the guarantee that he will take my eyes and kidneys and leave me alone on the road(Extreme case)...
And one more doubt i have is that a resort is recruiting for Software positions...How far it is believable????
And in the offer letter he mentioned like this We will send u the flight tickets once your Immegration formalities are over.....And it is also mentioned we only have to bear the processing/mobilisation charges...
And the importnat thing i dont know is..How that guy got my mail address...Actually he called me from Malaysia and took an formal interview..

I was once offered a job in hotel industry in West Malaysia, I am Malaysian, and when I bought my ticket to Semenanjung, moved there brought all my stuff I found out it was all fraud. It was during my study, I was supposed to work 6 months on contract because I was not schooling that time. When I came there i was empty haded, I got cheated, I barely had money to fly back home. I was supposed to get RM 4000 per month. Now I am happily working in petroleum industry. Forget the offer you got.

how do i connect in the right order?
Rays got most of it. Just remember the last item to be connected should always be the amp, and generally the amp would be getting input from the compressor.
So it should be:
mixer
EQs
Crossover
Compressor
Amp.
Just remember when powering up, the last one to be switched on is the amp, but when powering down, switch the amp off first! Turning equipment on and off sends huge spikes into the system!

Why has the hot tap of my bath mixer suddenly stopped working when the cold tap and the sink taps are fine?
When I turn on the hot tap of the bath mixer tap it runs initially (weak) for a few seconds then as soon as the water comes through hot, it stops coming through altogether. The cold tap of the mixer is fine as is the sink mixer in the same bathroom. I have already tested for an air block and this doesnt seem the case. Does anyone have any solutions as to what could be the problem?

Modern taps BS 5412 have a tendency to suddenly stop working or at least run slowly. The spindle has gone beyond its travel and is not returning, therby leaving the washer in a closed state. REMEDY Turn off the tap controlling the flow of water to the copper cylinder.Remove the top of the tap and ease the "O" ring back into the sleeve using a little vaseline, In future explain to the clan not to overturn off the hot tap.
