Josh Hancock's family lawsuit happy?
How unbelieveable is it this? Cardinals relief pitcher Josh Hancock drank in a restaurant until he was drunk. The manager offered to get him a cab and he refused. He gets in his SUV and leaves for another bar. Meanwhile, another driver is cut off and hits the median in the left lane of an interstate and his car stalls. A tow truck stops to help. The tow truck's emergency lights are on as he is trying to help the stranded motorist. Hancock is driving down the highway drunk and on his cell phone, hits the tow truck and dies. Now his family is suing the restaurant, the towing company, AND the driver of the car that was stuck on the highway at 12:30 at night. What the hell???? How in the hell is the towing company or this poor guy stuck on the side of the road negligant in any way? Why would any attorney even take this case?
Not to mention the fact that the guy had enough money to hire someone to drive him where ever he wanted to go!
You are not the only one who is furious about the lawsuit. Josh Hancock's father is just trying to get money. Last thing I remember, Josh was 29 freakin' years old. That means he is responsible for his own actions, and his actions were irresponsible on HIS part, not anyone else.
This is another frivolous lawsuit which wastes the time and money of judges and court system.

I'm gonna keep it as simple as I can,it really depends upon your location in the world, if you are receiving a locally broadcast station which may rely upon distribution of signals from only ground based microwave links,one explanation, satellite distribution also = Time delays, reflection/refraction of signal time distortion,or possibly it could just be you don't have an up to the snuff method of Digital Conversion. many variables here.
