Zoom g9.2tt - Mulit FX?
would i be able to plug it in my line 6 amp and the sound will be okay, with line 6 a lot of effects pedals give loads of feedback and a horrible hissy noise when plugged into my amp. i was just wondering if this is the case for the Zoom g9.2tt ???
Because it's a multi-effects unit, and a single analogue (your guitar signal) -> digital (input to the effects) -> analogue (output signal) path, you'll have far less "tone suck" and noise from this than you will with a chain of pedals. You may be over complicating things by running this in front of a Line6 modelling amplifier, though, as you'll have two stages of amp and speaker emulation going on; I reckon it'll be fine for now, but you may want to look at replacing your amp with a good tube amp (with an effects loop) at some point in the future if you want a better (and less noisy) tone. The Spider and friends aren't exactly the least noisy amps out there as it is...

Building custom carrying case, where to find padding?
I have a little audio mixing board and various accessories that I am going to build a carrying case for out of wood. It's more a woodworking hobbyist type project but I do plan to use it. I want to line the inside with some protective padding to keep it from moving around during transport. Maybe some mini egg crate foam. I've found some stuff around the web but it seems to be commercial/industrial targeted and in quantities I could never use. Any ideas on where I might be able walk in and buy such a thing? I'm drawing a blank.
try a craft store like Michaels or Joannes. you could always use the egg crate for pillows or twin beds

I have a Skyway that I really like. I bought it from ebags.com. I'm sure my particular model is no longer available, but there's probably a newer generation one like it. Ebags.com is a good place to look, because you can narrow your search by size or brand or material and you can mark things for comparison. They give detail about dimensions, weights, etc. (take with a small grain of salt, because they often come direct from mfg.) and they usually have pictures of the insides. They also have a lot of customer reviews, both positive and negative. Prices are pretty good.

How to paint a white book case to match wood?
I have a white bookcase that I love and that is in good shape but everything in my house is wood, how could I make it fit into a room or paint it to match everything else?
You have 2 options and they both have been addressed. The best looking but most tedious would be to sand it down to wood and bring it back up with a matching stain and make it pop with a coat of poly. Sanding can be a lot of work, plus you need the right tools and knowledge. I.e you'll need rough grit to bring it down ~80 grit and then hit it with a 220 grit to smooth it out with a powersander. If there are detailed edges or crevices you'll need to hand sand it with sponge paper (lots of work!) This is only if it is hardwood and not hong kong crap. The easier option would be to find a wood color paint(plenty of options) at your local home store and just paint it.
If done right the first option will look like a brand new piece of expensive furniture if you have the time

I need to see if anyone makes a security case for the xbox 360. Here is the catch: I will need 250 produced for relatively cheap. $70.00-$80.00
I don't know of any case but the Xbox 360 does have the same laptop lock slot that every laptop has. So you can tether it to a desk. They cost like $30 a piece.
