Need help with recording home studio?
Alright, me and my Dad are about to invest into a home recording studio and we need to know everything about everything. Like some good recording hardware and software, if we should get an electric or acoustic drum set and if so what's good, and like what type of computer we should use. PRICES ARE A MUST!!!! You know, just the basics. Genres recorded will be: Jazz, Metal, and MAYBE Rap.
I would at least start with an electric drum set, like the roland one. It doesn't sound 100% real, but it is so much easier than trying to record real drums, its almost impossible to make real drums sound good. I just use garageband to mix the tracks, and I use a korg recording system. Also, I recommend one good mic for the singing, but you don't need anything too fancy for instruments. Look at the violet black knight microphone, its expensive, but it makes vocals sound awesome.

What to do with a Respironics EverGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator?
My father recently passed, this was a purchase, not a rental or insurance item. As we deal with the estate/belongings, Imy sister and I scratch our heads over what to do with this; I believe my father spent over $3,000 for this- it has a carry case, battery, a little trolley, etc. Am I able to sell this, as a friend has told me a Rx is needed by any potential buyer. I'm in the dark, we'd like to sell it for what its worth, even less, whatever, but dont know, again, what we're able to do with this (legally, I'd guess) or what our options are

Just picked up a maxpedition monsoon gear slinger as my new "man purse". when i was looking at purchasing it, it sold me on the interior holster. opened up the bag today to find nothing but velcro strips inside with no holster! there was no holster option on the maxpedition site and was trying to find a quality holster that will stick inside the bag. any ideas, links?
