How do I fit a roof box/rack to a Ford Focus?
I have a W reg Ford Focus, and a standard Halford roof box which I need to fit.
The Focus User manual says to peel off the rubber/plastic strips from the roof of my car and then attach the roof rack to the rails. However this does not seem quite right because when I started to peel off the rubber/plastic strip it seems like the strip is glued on, and if I was to peel it off entirely, I am not sure how to get the strip back on after. Also, underneath the strip there does not seem to be a metal rail as I was expecting to attach the roof rack bars to.
Has anyone else attached a roof box/rack/bars to a Focus, and how did you manage?
Go back to halfords and talk to staff . take car with you . You may have wrong top box. Perhaps take car to main dealer as well .

The MLM 65 features and topology are simple for non-technical operators, and it's dedicated USB Charge port supports todays MP3 players.The MLM 65 provides 6 manually mixed mic/line XLR inputs each with a front panel Pan and Fader Level control, plus a window slot atop each input for installer-created labels. These inputs also have independent rear panel screwdriver Gain trims, Overload indicators, 12V Phantom Power, and Mic/Line switches.One of six stereo Aux inputs is selectable on the front panel with a Level fader for the selected source being mixed. How do you eliminate sawdust inside a dishwasher?
Over a few days of time, on the top rack of the dishwasher--several light orange specks of sawdust appear throughout the outside of plastic glassware. Nothing else in the dishwasher (bowls, wooden spoons, silverware) is affected.
I tried lemonade and later some vinegar and water to make it go away, but nothing has changed. Any tips or other simple cleaning items I could use to try and eliminate this problem?
place some citric acid in the machine and run it on the hotest longest wash cycle. It should fix the problem. Citric acid can be bought in the canning section of your local grociery store
